Cordyceps and Black Chicken Soup 虫草乌鸡汤

Ingredients :

1 Black Chicken

6 Dong Chong Cao (Cordy)

1piece Bei Qi, cut into small pieces

6stalks Dang Shen

6 Red Dates, seeded

1000ml Boiling Water

Salt to taste


Method :

1. Cook black chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish and rinse.

2. Put all ingredients into a double-boiler and double-boil at high heat for 3 hours. Add in salt. Serve hot.
