Double-Boiled Fish Maw and Chicken Soup 鱼鳔冬菇炖鸡汤
Ingredients :
1 Kampung Chicken
5 Black Mushrooms, soaked
10g Yu Zu
10 Red Dates, seeded
1000ml Boiling Water
30g Dried Fish Maw, soaked until soft
Salt to taste
Method :
1. Blanch kampung chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish up, clean and drain well.
2. Put kampung chicken, black mushrooms, yu zu, red dates and boiling water into a double-boiler. Double-boil for 2 hours.
3. Add in fish maw and continue to double-boil for another 30 minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
