Dang Gui Chicken Soup 当归鸡汤

Ingredients:

1 Chicken (1/4 Chicken)

3pcs Dried Scallop

5slices Dang Gui (3pcs)

5 Red Dates

10g Bei Qi

5slices Chuan Xiong

10g Yu Zhu

600ml Boiling Water (1000ml)

3g Wolfberries


Method:

1. Blanch chicken. Remove for later use.

2. Add in all ingredients into a double boiler. Add in water and double boil for 2-3 hours.
