WARM BEAN-AND-BACON SALSA

1 can (16-oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (10-oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies

1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

4 slices bacon, fried and cut up

Combine the beans with the tomatoes in a small saucepan; cook over medium-low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring often.


Remove bean mixture from heat and stir in the cilantro and bacon.


Serve warm.


Note: This is a good salsa to serve with fish.
